In the Fall of 2011, two customers with Alpha 12 GT-R's set new records in a standing mile. At the Moscow Unlimited the record was set with a 215 mph run… on a wet course!  This record did not stand for long. Another Alpha 12 GT-R just weeks later at the Texas Mile broke the record again at 216.9 mph even with a 25 mph head wind!
